LYDIA. Thyateira. Severus Alexander, 222-235. Diassarion (Bronze, 26 mm, 9.20 g, 6 h). ΑΥΤ Κ ϹЄ ΑΛЄΞΑΝΔΡΟϹ Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander to right, seen from behind. Rev. ΘΥΑΤЄΙΡΗ-ΝΩΝ Roma seated left on shield, holding statue of Athena in her right hand and spear in her left. RPC VI online -, cf. 4367 (differing obverse legend and Roma holding Victory). Apparently unpublished. Some deposits and slightly rough, otherwise, very fine.
